Bad service

Good day<br> <br> To whom concern.<br> <br> please take note that i have been experiencing very bad service from CELL C since i started my contract, every where i go there is no service what so ever, signal is so bad but the Taliban in a cave in Afghanistan can upload photos, but in the area i am situated witch is centurion where there is 20 cell c towers and not one of them seems to work.<br> <br> My internet speed is slow.<br> cant even make a phone call ......why because there is no signal,and there is defiantly no problem with the phone both my blackberry and Sony i have experienced this bad signal and a lot of other people is also having the same problem.<br> Now im paying a lot load of money every month and this is what kind of service i am receiving.<br> <br> secondly my Sony xperia was broken,so i took it in to cell c, they send it for a Quotation/repairs so it worked out almost the same amount that the phone is gonna cost me to buy it cash, i was very upset about that so i requested the phone to be send back to me, the paperwork stated that the charging block was broken, so i then took the phone to a private shop and they fixed it for under R300,00 seriously that's so ridiculous.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
