Bad service

<p>I took a phone contract with cell c over the phone. Firstly when I receivedd the phone I found out that tgeybsent two phones, I called Cell c the following day since I received the phone late and didn't have a Cell c number to call from . I called the following day to report this issue and they said they will send a courier to come and collect the other phone , they never did send a courier. I called again for numerous occasions for 3 months to request that the phone to be collected since now I was paying double for the phone that I never wanted initially.</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually on the 25/05/2017 they eventually sent a courier to come and collect the other phone. I was expecting cell c to call me and notify me and actually apologize for their mistake but nothing like that happened until today I decided to call and hear about my refund of the other phone that they deducted premiums for. I was told by the consultant "Nombuso" she has escalated the matter for refund but she doesn't know if the phone has been checked and all , meaning she doesn't know if I can get a refund. I am also worried that I am getting paid agai. Next week and wanted to know if this debit order will deduct again. I do wish I never took this contract with them because it's causing more problems for me than it's worth.</p>
