Bad Service

<p>I have several phones on contract with Cell C. One of the phones is broken and must be sent in for a repair quotation. Cell C according to Kagiso at Cell C Centurion Mall will not accept the phone from anyone but the owner of the contract. If the owner of the contract is unable to take the phone in, the person that takes the phone in must be in possession of the original ID document of both himself as well as the contract holder. This means that I have to either ship my original ID to the user of the phone or have the phone shipped to me.</p> <p>This is totally ridiculous! The powers that be that make these idiotic decisions at Cell C need to think this through as there are many ways to verify proof of ID.</p> <p>Stupid Cell C!!!!</p>
