bad service
<p>i have been contacting the insuarance company daily and there never seems to be a consultant available. the voive note keeps telling me "stay on the line your call will be answered shortly" for hours going on end. this is frustrating and i need to send my phone in for repairs. all i need from them is a policy number or else i will be billed fully without insurance. this is not my first contract with them however i hate the service. all i would like is for a consultant to assist me or i would want to cancel my services with them.</p>

for how long will i be waiting on this call as its been 3 days already. my patience is running up and my device is broken so i need it to be fixed asap. or as soon as i get hold of you people i will keep publishing bad reviews and want my money back for no service offered and my money wasted.

its going for almost 3 weeks and still nobody has assisted me correctly. moses contacted me however my phone cannot be booked in until I SPEAK TO DAMN CONSULTANT FROM THE C SURANCE COMPANY. I HATE YOUR SERVICE AND I WILL BE DEMANDING MY MONEY BACK AND NOT WANT YOUR ASSITANCE. IT SUCKS
