Bad Service

<p>On the 31st of December I took my phone to Cell C galleria. They couldnot book it in for repairs. After reminding them they came back and told me they couldnot pick the IMEI number. I had to call the insurance as it was a replacement device. The insurance asked them to send the phone to their offices through the courier company and send them the RW number and they couldnot do that. To date the 3rd of April my handset have not reached the CSurance. I have submitted the claim form to Csurance and they have promised on numerous occassion to contact the store and promised to call me back but they never bother to call back. Last week I spoke to Thuto who ended up calling me a grandmother promised to call back but he never did. I have tried on numerous occassion to get a senior person to resolve my case and the call centre agents either refuse to put me through or they promise they would ask them to call me back. I have lodged a complaint with Cell C customer service and they have failed dismally to resolve the issue at hand.</p>
