Bad service

<p>I get ****** last October and I claim a phone to finrite c surance,they send a phone to cell c on the first week of November, on the following day I noteced that the phone was not OK. I called c surance,they said I must send the phone back to cell c in keywest so that they can take it back and check it at finrite and give me the other phone,one day I call them mid-February they send me the same phone to cell c and tell me to go and fetch it.I refused to take it back cz it wasn't fixed,they said they don't know where the problem is on the phone and there was no paper work for it .even now my phone is not back but am still paying every month without having a phone.I really need help to get phone back cz am paying them every month for phone that I don't have on me</p>
