Bad service

<p>Hi my mother had a contract with Cell C,she passed away on the 9th of Desember 2016.Now they have cancelled the contract which is fine because no one is going to use the contract but they want to take back the handset because she upgraded in November last year or they are going to blacklist is so it cant be used.I find it very inappropiate because she had a contract with vodacom aswell and they just cancelled the contract they didnt take back the handset.Now they want me to pay the handset otherwise they are going to blaclist the phone.I find it very sad that people can be so unemotional about sittuations like this.Vodacom has got insurance which covers things like this when someone passes away.I will never ever take out a contract with Cell C and i will never send anyone to Cell C for anything.They are unemotional and they just want to make money after someone has passed away.It is unexceptable service!!!!!!!!</p>
