Bad Service

<p>Good day</p> <p>During the first week of June 2016, i received a call from a call center representing Cell C. They were marketing cellular phone packages and informed me that i do qualify for and special package.</p> <p><br />As an happy client, i immediately agreed and a cellular phone was couriered to me within 1 week and it was delivered on 08 June 2016. Upon opening, the package, i immediately realized that this item was not what was described to me during our telephone conversation. Immediately i phoned the call center to report my discomfort and have this phone taken back as i was not satisfied with what was send to me. </p> <p><br />This package was delivered to me with the following reference number;<br /> ********** ********** and order number ********** -1.</p> <p><br /> Numerous telephone calls was made to the call center, but no success as I'm still paying for something that I'm not happy with and have not used till now as this item is still sealed.</p> <p><br />Every month i need to drive about 75km to have the debit orders towards this contract reversed at my Bank, but then Cell C just use other methods of having money deducted from my Bank Account. This according to me is ***** in the way they are withdrawing monies from my bank account. Luckily, Cell C should have all detail on voice recording.</p> <p><br />With each call, nothing is happening and no one could answer or help me. Your office are now my last resort to assist as this cannot continue like this. I'm even willing to take this matter to Hellopeter in order for the public to see what nonsense Cell C is busy with and the way that they are conning the public. </p> <p><br />Please intervene and help if possible.</p> <p><br /><br /></p>
