Bad Service

<p>Cell C Bluff has got to be the worse when it comes to customer care and communication. I sent my LG G4 in for repairs 4 weeks ago. Within the 1st 2 weeks I was told that my device was unable to be fixed due to a smaaaaaaalllll little crack on the glass of the camera lens. To cut a long story short, cell c agreed to fix the phone and sent it back to the reapir centre 2 weeks ago. Ive gotten no follow up call, no sms, no email. NOTHING!!! I will definitley be cancelling my contract once the phone is sorted. What terrible service!!!</p>
