Bad Service
<p>Utterly disappointed with the way Cell C handled my application. App**** for an iPhone 7plus via the retentions line...took a week to get feedback and right when it's ready for delivery, I read my contract and find out that they sent through the wrong color. Now I'm told it's gonna take 24hrs after I call through tomorrow to cancel the order and another 3 days for delivery. Please get yourselves together guys, I traded in all my phones thinking I'm gonna be sorted this week, please get yourselves together guys.</p>

Hi, Derrick got in contact with me and promised that I'll have the correct handset by Monday. The phone just got delivered and its BLACK...exactly what I complained about even before the phone was dispatched to the courier company. I don't know what else to do now
