bad service

<p>The underwriters for cell c , C insurance. Don't know who is the bigger *****, cell c or their underwriters.</p> <p>My phone was booked in on the 17/10/2016, in order for Finrite to contact me it took a hello peter complaint for cell c.</p> <p>Finrite claims that my phone is not switching on due to non accidential damage and therefore cannot approve the claim, I was then told that my claim has been escalated and will be investigated. Finrite has failed to ever provide me with my policy, therefore violating my right to disclosure of information as stated in the Consumer Protection Act.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>I have requested my policy and the recording of the telephone conversation when the policy was taken out, which I still have not recieved .</p> <p>My advise to anyone who has insurance with Finrite would be to cancel and get other insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you are considering take out a cell c contract, don't do it!! Rather go to vodacom . After my first complaint on hello Peter , I asked exactly what should I do with Cell C's apology, I was told that they would motivate for my claim to be approved. As far as I am concerned that is a big fat LIE !! I have not heard from Cell C since. The turnaround time is for both cell c and Finrite is rediculous!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service from cell c, managers don't bother to even follow up or call you back not to mention call centre agents who drop calls!!!</p>
