Bad Service

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I wish to find out how is it possible for a new application to approved and confirmed by a sales agent and confirmed that your device will be delivered in the week to come and over the weekend you receive notification that your application was declined.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did report this originally to hello peter and a consultant did contact me by the name Danielle. After Danielle contact me and advised that the department manager is busy with my qeury and that she will reqeust them to get in contact with me no joy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now send a mail to the sales consultant as i have not yet received any feedback from her supervisor.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i have been informed that the matter was again send to the credit rating department and declined again.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is not my problem the problem is way the consultant advised me that the application was approved and no further approval is needed and the next day the application was declined.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to know how are we going to resolve the matter as i believe that there is no reason for the application to be re processed it was confirmed telephonically that all has been approved and delivery will be done by this week and I’m keeping the consultant at that.</p> <p> </p> <p>So i want my contract to be issued and my phone delivered</p>
