Bad service

<p>I currently have a contract with cell c, one day when i tried charging my fone and then i tried switching it on and it wasn't. I then took the fone back to cell c and they told me my fone will be booked and i will get it in 20 to 30 working days. When the 21 day came and there was no communication, I then decided to all the store. They then told me that my lcd was broken but then when i asked why was it broken because when i brought it in even the screen was fine. They told me Im respinsible for it even though I did not break it, they saying that I wont be able to see it but it broken, I will have to pay R2400 for a fone that is less than that in terms of value.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
