Bad service

<p>I settled my account with Cell C in June after they failed to deduct from my account each month and making several calls to them about the matter. They did not send me the letter. I wanted a loan from my bank which I ddnt get. Only to find out that on my credit report it appears that I owe Cell C the same settlement amount. I called, and they said I have to wait until they allocate the funds to the relevant account as it appeared to them that I had two accounts with them. They just told me when I called that I still have a balance of the amount that was not deducted from my account which was not included in the settlement amount. </p>
