Bad service

<p>My phone Sony M4 aqua got damaged by mistake,the screen went blank and proir to that the Camare displayed Error massage when trying to take pics.I booked in the phone for repair at Cell C East Rand Mall and received the text to confirm or decline the qoute then took the qoute to Cell C East Rand Mall where i filled in the insurance claim form.I called C surance on Monday to confirm if they received my claim form,Katlego confirmed and told me to call tomorrow to check the progress...i called again on tuesday,was told to call back again in 48 hours,called again on thrusday and spoke to shimpiwe and he kept in on the phone waiting for an hour then he hang up..i really dissapointed with Cell C and C surance </p>
