Bad Service !!!

<p>CELL C Greenstone <br />Today I went to query about my phone, that was sent in on the 8th July for repairs, on the 19th of July, I received a call from the courier company staiting that my phone was fixed and delivered to Cell C Greenstone on the following day, went in to collect it on following day, the woman by the name of Sipwe told me they couldn't find it, and that they were busy tracing it between the courier and them. Today is Sunday went in to see how far they were, another women working there by the name Vinah told me the same thing, I told them I need a loan phone, that I didn't have a phone, this women smiles at me with an attitude, they don't have a phone, like it's my problem that Cell C has lost my phone, the service is disgusting, unprofessional, incompatant, Cell C has just lost another client, I am angry and dissapointed at the service I got this morning. Cell C this is not the last time you will hear from me
