BAD SERVICE
<p>I have been struggling to get feedback form the branch in Somerset Mall after reporting that my phone was ****** and enquired about my insurance that I took out when purchasing the phone. On numerous occasions I have been told that they are investigating and will give me feedback within 24 hour. It has now been two weeks and numerous follow ups from my side and yet I have no feedback from Cell C. This is terrible service. </p>
