Bad service

<p>i think by now Cell c knows me... so i found out that cell c has added bis to my monthly bill without informing me, i then contact them and they cancelled it, as i didnt give them authorisation to add it, one of the consultance informed me that its already a few months that they have added that service. I told them that i cant afford the tarrif they must reduce it and i cancelled it today as i was told that i can cancel it after the 1st, i then found out that i still have to pay for it month end june.. "after they cancelled it" why pay for something i didnt use. i also found out that even if i do cancel a service with them i still have to pay, what the hell...... i dont even want someone to contact me, they only going to give me the same story. After years with Cell c. and refering everyone to them,, i am really dissapointed with their service.</p>
