Bad Service

To Whom It May Concern.

My name is Janice Papa, I am a CellC client since mid 2011, I have 2 contracts with you. I have been experiencing a lot of problems recently after my 2nd upgrade on both my contracts.

Starting with contract A, when I upgraded in August 2015, I had to pay R150 for a sim swap, 4 months later I had to pay another R150 for another sim swap as the sim had some issue, now the sim has the same problem and I am not willing to pay another R150. the phone has gone in for repairs now for the second time almost a month without a phone and now without a sim card, I am still supposed to pay a full month???

Contract B, when I upgraded in December 2015, I had to pay R150 for a sim swop, 4 months later I had to pay another R150 for a sim swop as the sim stopped working. Last month (April 2016) I was debited extra due to a problem on your side, when I queried the issue I had no response after days of going back and forth with you I was told that I will be refunded to my account.

I am not willing to keep paying for sim swops any longer, as a contract user I was suppose to be getting this done free of charge, with other subscribers this is done for them why must I keep paying these fees?

If this issue is not resolved as soon as possible, I will be going to the Media as well as taking further action against CellC.

Awaiting Your Feedback.

Janice Papa.
