Bad Service

<p>I cancelled my cell c contract on time. I now have a credit of R143.71 on my final account I’ve sent 3 emails to cellc c ”contact us” since 18 Aril 2016. My emails are ignored. I’ve also tried to get the refund via the cellc shop in Heidelberg(G). The staff at the cellc shop did their best to help me and even obtained a ref no. *** The problem lies with cellc head office. Head office has all my details to make the refund.
