Bad service

I have been trying to get through to Cell C, i even went onto they facebook page, response takes hours. What type of service is this, I am trying to fix my card, its saying that my number is not registered, so I cant do anything. contact number is ***. Please assist me. This is ridiculous!, what's wrong with the network, i cant do anything on my phone.
