BAD SERVICE

I'm SICK of C-Surance! I have been trying to claim my phone for over a month and 5 days now. I have sent all the necessary documentation and was told numerous times that my phone will be delivered to my nearest Cell C store in 5 - 8 working days!! But nothing has been delivered to the store yet. The first reason was that they were out of stock - But no one calls me to update me, i have to call in and hold for hours before anyone tells me what is happening. 5 days later, NO phone. i then have to call again and wait for hours then another reason was that i was missing some date on my docs. Who was ever going to tell me this if i didnt phone in? When we sorted dates out they still have not \authorised"my phone and i have to wait 8 days again. This is nonsense!!! Constant back and forth! I need my phone. I cant pay for my contract while i never used my phone this month."""
