bad service
As with many client who viewed the advert on the internet for the samsung S6 for R150 a month I was one of those gulible people who actually phoned the call centre to get the deal. I was rudely told that it was a mistake should I want the deal it is R750 nd the phone was dropped in my ear.<br> I then called back and was assisted by Phumelele Gwala who was very helpful, she escalated the matter to her Manager Neville Moodley who also was very helpful. he told me i will get a call from the sales department but as yet have not received any calls. This is not the first time im complaining about cell c but I really think there staff should go for telephonic skills to learn empathy and etiquettte. As a customer i feel very dispondent when phoning cell c 's call centre, thank God my contract with them ending now in June . A faulty device can be repaired or replaced but bad service means decline in customer satisfaction which leads to a decline in revenue
