Bad service

Its been more than two weeks since we upgraded our contracts. We have to continuously follow up and get rude background comments from the Manager while speaking to the consultant over the phone. If we don't query when will our phones be in store for collection,we will never hear from Cell C Southgate. This is the worst service I have ever received
