Bad service

I bought a prepaid sim card for data only as an emergency. The sim card is for my router. I tried to obtain a number for the sim card to buy more data. I called the customer support asking if I give them the puk number if he can give me number? He then told me he is not allowed to give me the number?????? The sim card is Rica in my name why can't he give me the number like all the other networks are doing. I am shocked and furious. Know I understand why I never dealt with Cell C before. Their service is very vert bad to say the least
