Bad service
Worst service provider ever,I am listed on my credit bureau as I am in arrears, when I call the call centre I am being told that I am not in arrears yet I am listed.I spoke to 5 different people and they say the same thing.I was told I will get feedback to this day no contact.

19 Sept 2024, 22:08A month has passed and I am still not sorted,there is a lady(Nurse) who contacted me from cellc,she called once to hear my side of story and she said she is going to investigate and get back to Me.Cell c staff don't take customers serious,she sent email instead of calling and asked that I respond,I sent the mail twice and the external mails are blocked,she provided me with an alternative mail it is also blocked.I called her back on the number she used to call me and guess what,she dropped my call saying she is busy I must call back,I responded that she must call me since I made the effort to call and she was not available and the mails she provided me with are blocked.
2 days later,she send another mail to day they still waiting for me to respond I mean how does she expect me to respond qhen the mails are returing,Cell C please take us serious .
