bad service

1stly cell c increased my contracts by 10 ranks without informing me 2ndly I had 1gb worth of data bundles before my contract expired which I bought out of my own pocket..so cell c tells me I have forfeited them after my sim was converted to cell.. They say I forfeit all benefits when I move to prepaid..what I'm asking myself is how does cell c call data bundles I bought with my own money which was not part of the contract a benefit why can't you just move my bundles to my prepaid sim as I bought them with my own money? N don't get me started on your rude consultant lesion who tells me there is nothing I can do I have lost them they are gone..ya neh cell c big up for the worst service ever. This will b my last contract ever with u guys..I have had a contract with Vodacom and I have never seen such ..its absolutely dispensable and pathetic someone needa to close down the ****** business you are running
