bad service

<p>cell c contacted me and offerred their get more service. i told the guy to send me all the info before i make a decision. he told me he would add it to my contract and i can read the terms and cancel it if i didnt want it. i called back and said i didnt want it. when by bill came they had charged me for it. i called again and told them to refund me and they said they would escalate it. the next month they charged me again. i called about four times and they said they would refund me by means of taking it off my next statement which they never did. i call everytime but still no refund. i would like to be refunded as i think it went off three times and i am paying for something i didnt ask for</p>
