Bad service

<p>Yesterday afternoon 07/08/17 my cell c sim card was disconnected. Phoned cellc customer service last night very helpfull lady told me to buy a new simcard but i should not rica it whice i did this morning. Phoned cellc customer service this morning to do a sim swap as the lady instructed me to do. Was on the line for almost an half an hour a idiot of a lady tried to help me so i gave her my detials the reason why I am doing a sim swap.... Then it came to the verification security questions where i had to say when ilast loaded airtime whice i did then she ASKED ME WHAT WAS THE LAST NUMBER I DIALED WHICE I DO NOT HAVE AS I ONLY USE THAT SIMCARD FOR DATA!!!!! Then she told me she cant help me if i do not have any recent numbers that was dailed. I have to go to a cellc shop that i can not go to. I am 24/7 at work starting at 6 in the morning and leaving at 6at night. I just do not think its fair that Cellc can just disconnected my simcard and now i have to struggle getting it back. Now i can not get to a store so that means i am losing all of my data!!!!! I wpuld really love to get some help and to get my simcard active </p>
