Bad Service

<p>My mom and husband took out data contracts with Cell C. This was a big mistake. The signed up for specific packeges when the first bill came it was way more than what the contract was for. When we inquired they were told that they have open lines this was not in the contract and never mentioned when applying for the contract. My mom is a pensioner and can not affored a bill of R 1000.00 a month and does not even go on the internet except for facebook up to date we had no plesure in resolving this problem on both the account. I spoke to one of the Cell C servers consultance last night (27/07/2017) and the phone was put down in my ear . This has been the worst experience I had with Cell C after being a customer for the last 10 years.</p>
