Bad service

<p>The cell c consultants are not helpful and their service is bad. I called wanting to make a sim swap they my sim is registered as a contract sim, I have never used contract before I have been using the number for 11 years I regret porting to cellc. Went to cellc store in forest hill mall to try do sim swap there they were not helpful couldnt give me a good answer, gave me a number to call but no one picks up.</p>
