Bad service

<p>I have recieved bad service from a gentleman by the name of Tumi from the Cell C call centre as i was trying to get hold of my contract which has an IMEI/Serial number so that i can book my phone in for repairs. Beacuse i realised that i was not getting anywhere with him i asked that he direct me to someone who can assist me with the problem i am facing and he told me that NO ONE CAN HELP ME. I need a copy of my contract that has an IMEI/Serial number but it seems like since i took the contract verbally i cannot be given such as Tumi put it to me. </p>
