bad service
<p>I called Cell c last night and i got a very bad service from Babalo</p> <p> </p> <p>i wanted to to do sim swap</p>

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not handle the matter in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified.
