bad service

<p>I took out a contract with cell c and took insurance with Csurance they took my money of my bank account every month now the phone got ****** and they have 100'stories not to pay out first they gave me the story of changing under riighters then I got a e-mail to say claim was.approved when I phoned to ask about the amount I had to pay I heard the next story now they are telling me the phone can not be traced on insurance what kind of service.Is this I pay every month and have the ref they use to take the money but we. Don't have a phone</p>
