Bad Service

<p>I was given an upgraded which I would actually say was a downgrade which is app R1000+- and this from a blackberry Z4.</p> <p>I recived this things and inserted the sim card which didnt have a holder so it went right into the phone i have since reported it as the sim cant be removed.</p> <p>30 May i spoke to several agents,,, Lebo, Lee, Lerato ........</p> <p>Arrangement was made for the collection of this device Ref CCD145621 </p> <p>I spoke to Khosi at repairs who claimed to have called but like seriously the sim was stuck ---------------------- hense the request?????? I did however provide them wiht a ladnline number. </p> <p>Once again I spoke to Lerato on 15/ June who confirmed collection the next day being the 16th of June who is she fooling well in any case no collection to date </p>
