Bad service

Hi Took a huawei E5573B device to be checked as it was not picking up signal , after all the booking process the lady at ndofaya mall cell c , only told me the duration of repair . Just like that when I was reading the t&c the document confirms I need to get a loan device I mean it’s on black and white guys no one in the store was able to give me a valid reason why can’t I get one .

It’s sad because we spend money paying this contacts but no one nor company takes good care of us . I need help please
