Bad service

Cell C service is absolutely *******. I am still waiting on a manager to call me regarding my account. Full payment made to have my one contract canceled but their service is so bad that they cannot even allocate a payment properly. Could someone in their retentions department please contact me as they were to get back to me on Monday already!!!
