Bad service

I lost my phone last week monday I went to cell c the following day to block it, then I went to the Police Station to open a case and submitted a Claims form for insurance. Yesterday after all the documents I sent for the insurance to process my claim they tell me that Cell C incorrectly billed me for my insurance, now I have to pay R 3000.00 to get my phone back again.. I can't do anything without a phone it's been two weeks without a phone. I'm thinking of canceling my contract with them because i feel like they have been lying to me for about four years now. I am not going to pay the R 3000.00. I lodge a case and I'm sure they are gonna take forever to resolve it.
