Bad service

I have a contract customer service provided from Phoenix plaza store to call centre is pathetic. Cell c has people that are ***********, they have no idea what's going on. They also advertise falsely, in June they Xbox deal, no stock when I enquired.They have an online catalogue now which has the same deal at a higher price still no stock. Cell c is the worst customer service ever. The agents jus hang up and they think they doing us customers a favour. Cell c is da worst people to deal with.
