Bad service
I've settled my account at cell c n after they did not close the account as requested they kept debit my account now they telling me lot of stories to do refund this service sucks is more than 15days now dealing with one query and they unable to resolve it case number *** May please cell c be responsible and am not surprised when they close the stores is due to the poor service they give that's why we run to other service providers this sucks Regards P Kgaphola ***

08 Jun 2021, 18:48Worse part even the supervisors of cell c you will never find them on a call this is dam poor and I'll cancel all my contracts at cell c after so many years being in business with it.
The consultant they keep telling me different stories this shows poor training skills from management this kind of service can't be appreciated at all
Now I have to wait so many days still my account is not been resolved and banking department keep on doing errors on my account the invistigation team also close my queries without even giving me feedback and I have to take my time again to call cell c for feedback
This behavior is not professional at all poor management poor training poor feedback wish this matter can be resolved asap thou Sims like it will take the whole year to resolve my account that is been even cost by them to be not up to date
They keep debit my account thou when they have to pay back my cash now they take the whole year mxm cell c must fall if they can't run the company they better close it thou is falling down and is gonna fall More if this is not resolved
