Bad service

So dissatisfied and angry with Cell C . I've upgraded on the 28th on December over the phone. I haven't received my new cellphone until now , today is the 23rd of January . Every time I call the call centre the agents are unable to give me clear answers as to where my order is and when it will be delivered . I'm at the point where I just want to cancel everything . I have been with CellC for many years and this is just ridiculous.

I'm so livid right now. After someone from the complaints department contacted me and assured me that the package is on it's way and will either be delivered on Monday or Tuesday, I have today learned from the courier company that the package was booked out on Friday and they don't know where it is , but it's not on its way to Cape Town and it might be ******. All I want to do now is cancel this contract I'm so done this has caused me enough stress .
