BAD SERVICE

I have an issue with my account with cell c since from last year june is still not resolve, i tried to call them everyday still not resolve, you cant even get hold of their legal department. They open a case for every call and escalate and urge but still, is worse when you tried to speak to the supervisor or teamleader there always busy.
