BAD SERVICE>
I was sold a contract. But the charges given and what I am paying is not the same. Numerous phonecalls and no one assist. Always they will call back.You log a call and then get message it was Resolved. STILL NOT revolved. I assk to speak to management and get told they will phone back. But they never do

03 Apr 2023, 09:44You can only use *** as I am always driving and in meetings. If you phone and cant get hold of me pls try till you do. I want this resolved today still pls. I am really tired of having to fight. I want a senior manager to call me not a consultant as none of them can fix my problem. I will continue to Hello peter you and log queries on a daily basis until it is resolved
