BAD SERVICE

good day I can't believe the bad service I got from an agent at Newtown cell c shop and her name is dineo.

it was on23 of October approximately 12:00 pm till 12:45 pm just to do a sim swap. firstly when I came in with my friend from the door she had an attitude towards me and I had to go to her for me to get service fine afterwards she didn't even greet just said "can I help you" i said what I came there to do she couldn't even stand up to go look for the form ohk she said I must fill the information in there cool I did that and gave it to her and she looked at it and said fill the blank space cool did that not concentrating on me busy chatting to her colleagues .

afterwards, she just continued chatting to her colleagues for like 10 minutes before telling me the system is slow/offline cool I stood there for another 10-15 then she asked for my id n proof of address, cool gave it to her. I was still patient with her nonsense until she asked for 12 rands gave her R50 she said she doesn't have change ok luckily my friend had R10 and I looked for the 1 rand only got 90c told her don't have 10c and with an attitude she said "look for it where will I get it" I couldn't believe what I heard ohk just because I need my sim card ignored her and gave her R15 still with an attitude told me to go to Shoprite and look for change otherwise i won't get my sim card thats where I retaliated and just said" u know what u must not work with people if you behave like this towards customers and please bring my documents so I can go.

then left and she was laughing with her colleagues it was Bellinda and two other girls. went out and called 135 and they helped me with my sim swap but even today no one came back to me
