Bad, sarcastic, and poor customer service

Cell C you are a useless company including your consultants who make empty promises. One of your consultants by the name of Moses Mo***eng kept calling last month after I have complained and promised to have my query resolved. He sent an email on the 09 February confiming the matter has been escalated to the Legal Department and that my credit score will be updated and if will take 14 to 15 workings it's now almost a month no feedback was received.

Can someone who knows what they are doing please have my status updated please.
