Bad response

When I had an account with fnb my cell c debit order used to go through on the 1st of every month now that I'm by Capitec they say that they can only put it through the last day of the month not the first that means I'll always have to pay an penalty because my money is only payed in the first ,I've just spoke to an agent and she was not helpful at all and said I don't no what I'm talking about well I do I can show the old account were it went through on the first I'd just like to say thanks for the bad help hope you all are not that inperlight thanks
