Bad Repair Service and Bad Attidute.

A week back I reported my phone that went for repairs and took long to return. I finally got the phone last Friday and on Monday it had the same problem it had before then again I took it for repairs yesterday. The sales lady Tracy Kwalie that was assisting me was so rude to me she even walk out on me while I was still talking to her. She had a bad attitude towards me. Its been 3 months on contract with Cell c but the phone doesn't even last a single week with me its always on repairs and its the third time I'm returning the phone. I am paying for a phone that am not using. Each and everytime I'm sending the phone on repairs I get to loose my stuff on the phone. I am tired of sending my phone on repairs, its a waste of time because it doesn't even last.
