Bad reception with cellc

I work for SAPS. About 2 years ago about 30 members at work who uses complaint that we don't get signal at work. Nothing was done about it and we were told cellc would put a tower in the area which is Brighton Beach. Last week I phoned on Tuesday and complaint that I don't get signal at work and I don't receive whatsapp. I was given a ref no and still I have the same problem. Yesterday I phoned again and was told they still working on my problem. Another person at work also have the same problem. She has to place her cellphone on the cupboard in order to receive calls and whatsapp. I feel this is totally unacceptable.
