bad reception no repair

I stay in Dundee KZN and it has now been 3 mounths and the signal has gone down to such a degree that I get reception in one small area in the house, the call centre was contacted a few times and still no service. there was good signal for years and all of the sudden the signal has disappeared . why cant maintenance be done on towers so we can use our mobile that we pay a lot of money for every mounth.<br> <br> I really think to migrate to MTN or Vodacom. they have no problem with signal..
