Bad reception

I live in Leisure Bay, KZN. I'm on contract with Cell C, I have complained before, signal got a little bit better, at least I can receive and make calls but I cannot receive or sent whatsup messages, cannot access Facebook and cannot access my browser. My Mum is with MTN and has excellent reception, can access Facebook , whatsup and her browser. I thought Cell C has the widest coverage? Not in our area!!! This is ridiculous! If I am driving towards Margate, my phone says NO SERVICE! I PRAY THAT I AM NEVER IN A ACCIDENT, HOW WOULD I CALL FOR HELP?
